Frontend Web Development is the aspect of web development that deals with what the user can see and interact with as opposed to the backend where the user cannot see.

This course will introduce the student with little or no coding experience to the fundamental building blocks of the modern web namely HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

For the next ten weeks, the students will learn and solve several coding challenges as well as build over five projects which will be displayed in the final capstone portfolio website project the student will build to showcase to potential employers.

As a bonus, the student will also learn how to properly write a tech CV and setup a LinkedIn profile so as to be better positioned for employment opportunities.

Frontend Web development is the client facing aspects of web development through which users can interact with applications. It relies heavily on three major building blocks HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT. Frontend development also relies on frameworks and libraries that makes it easier for developers to build application user interface (UI) like React much faster.
